By using CalorieRx ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service includes the CalorieRx Discord bot and the calorierx.com website.

Service Description

CalorieRx is an AI-powered nutrition tracking bot for Discord communities. It provides photo-based food logging, macro tracking, weight monitoring, and community engagement features.

Subscriptions and Payments

• Individual subscriptions are $19.99/month, billed through Stripe
• You may cancel at any time through the Discord bot
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Affiliate Program

• Server admins earn 60% commission on subscriptions within their server
• Commissions are paid via Stripe Connect
• We reserve the right to modify commission rates with 30 days notice

CalorieRx is not a medical service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nutrition tracking is for informational purposes only. Always consult your healthcare provider regarding GLP-1 medications and dietary changes.

Limitation of Liability

CalorieRx is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for AI estimation accuracy or health outcomes based on using the Service.
